From Hiroshima Station, take the Hiroshima Electric Railway and alight at "Kamiyacho Higashi" station. It's a 5-minute walk from there.

From Hiroshima Airport, board a limousine bus and get off at the "Peace Memorial Park" stop. It's approximately a 10-minute walk from there.
